Our photo booth isn’t something we bought online— it’s something we built by hand.

Born from a collaboration between Trent Stevens, the filmmaker behind Jasper & Oak, and Jeff Shulz of Jaws Woodshop, a master craftsman based in Ventura, this booth was thoughtfully designed from the ground up. The goal? To create something that didn’t just take great photos — but something that felt like it belonged at a beautiful wedding.

Trent brought the vision: a photobooth inspired by the classic lines of vintage film cameras, built with real materials, and designed to complement — not clash with — a well-curated event. Jeff brought it to life with woodworking precision, crafting each detail by hand in his Ventura shop. Together, they created a booth that’s both form and function: beautiful in a way that feels intentional, and reliable in the way only handcrafted pieces can be.
